dr Kacper Wosiak
Attorney-at-Law
Ph.D. in Law with specialization in commercial law. Attorney-at-Law registered on the list of Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Assistant Professor at the Department of Business and Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
He specializes in corporate consulting and commercial disputes. He has successfully represented Clients before the Supreme Court. In his practice, he also deals with local government law and real estate law, including construction law.
Author of numerous scientific articles on companies’ commercial law, as well as a scientific monograph on the regulations concerning exercising share rights by shareholders of a joint-stock company.
Kamila Żmidzińska
Attorney-at-Law
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław in 2016. She is registered on the list of the Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She has been working with CDD Legal since 2016. She has experience in corporate law, civil law, and labor law. She has participated in the processes of company mergers and business transformations. She has advised Clients on intellectual property matters. In the Law Firm she deals with current legal services for entrepreneurs.
Anna Sierczyńska
Advocate
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw in Wrocław. She completed her studies by defending her master’s thesis under the supervision of Professor Zofia Świda, PhD, in the Department of Criminal Procedure. From 2004 to 2007, she served her lawyer’s apprenticeship and was entered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Wroclaw on January 17, 2008. In 2017, she completed Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wroclaw.
She has been working with the Firm since 2010.
She has many years of practical experience in representing individual clients, especially in criminal, civil and family cases in court proceedings before common courts of all instances and the Supreme Court. In his practice he also deals with medical law, in particular servicing medical entities.
Kacper Cichocki
Attorney-at-Law
Entered on the list of legal advisors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw since 2006.
Has experience in commercial, civil, labor, environmental protection and waste management law acquired in the course of ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs. He also has experience in local government law resulting from many years of cooperation with local government units.
Since 2008 he has been an arbitrator of the permanent Court of Arbitration at the Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce in Wroclaw.
Privately interested in literature, cinema and rock music.
Małgorzata Trubisz

Krzysztof J. Musiał
Tax Advisor
Tax Advisor since 1997. He was the first in Poland to pass examinations for this freelance profession. He specializes in conducting disputes with tax administration in front of Administrative Courts. He has conducted over 6,800 tax disputes before the Voivodeship Administrative Courts and Supreme Administrative Courts. He is a scientific editor of the Wolters Kluwer Tax Procedures Publishing House. An author of several dozen publications on international and domestic tax law.
Paweł Świdkiewicz
Tax Advisor
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. Lawyer. Tax advisor registered in the list of tax advisors in the Lower Silesian Chamber of Tax Advisors in Wroclaw. He has extensive professional experience, including, among others, handling requests for the issuance of individual interpretations of tax laws, in cases involving proceedings for granting tax relief to entrepreneurs, as well as security and enforcement proceedings conducted against taxpayers.
He spends his free time with his family.
Magdalena Cetera
Mediator
Permanent mediator at the District Court in Wrocław, Legnica and Opole. For 20 years she has been involved in mediation in criminal and civil law, conducting both court and private mediations before the initiation of court proceedings.
Lecturer at the MBA Postgraduate Studies in Cracow School of Business CUE at the Cracow University of Economics. She is a co-author and lecturer at the Postgraduate Studies, for the Mediator Profession, the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wroclaw, and a lecturer in mediation at the Wroclaw School of Banking. She conducts training in mediation and communication.
Mediator of the Mediation Centre at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Wroclaw. A graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences, she completed Postgraduate Studies in Commercial and Economic Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
Robert Zieliński

Restructuring Advisor (license no. 1548) with many years of practice in the management of commercial law companies, sales of financial services, logistics, procurements, debt collection, and real estate management. He worked for several years as a member of the management board of an international corporation in the financial industry.

Completed MBA studies at the Wrocław University of Economics and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management and Evaluation at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, a graduate of ICAN Institute- Strategic Leasing Academy.
Kaja Stelmaszewska
Trainee Attorney-at-Law
Graduated in law and Slavic studies as part of the Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She obtained her Master’s degree in law, defending her Master’s thesis on human rights under the supervision of Prof. ucz. dr. hab. Marcin Wiącek. Since 2024, she has been a trainee attorney at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at a law firm of attorneys and public administration institutions in Warsaw and Wroclaw, gaining professional experience in civil, administrative and legislative matters.
Julia Rola
Trainee Attorney-at-Law
Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. She obtained her master’s degree by defending her thesis on substantive criminal law under the supervision of Prof. Jacek Giezek, PhD. Since 2025, she has been a trainee attorney at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw.
During her studies she gained experience in a law firm providing services to entrepreneurs in the field of new technology law and in public administration institutions in Wroclaw.
Privately a lover of films, especially musicals, literature and ballet.5
Michał Pławucki
Trainee Attorney-at-Law
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. He obtained his master’s degree by defending his thesis on the protection of consumer rights under the supervision of Professor Leonard Górnicki. A person with a critical and practical approach to every challenge posed, who likes to collect new experiences. He successfully combines his theoretical knowledge gained during his studies with the practical aspects of work in a law firm. Since 2025, he has been a trainee attorney at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw.
Privately a lover of cars, history and sports. In his free time he hikes in the mountains, takes part in long-distance running or does extensive mountain biking.
Adrianna Zielińska

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Wroclaw School of Economics. She gained professional experience, among others, in a law firm and in an international design and consulting company in the field of administration and office coordination.

He has been working with CWW Law Firm and then with CDD Law Firm since 2012. He constantly implements the latest technological solutions and provides support in their use.
Passionate about the latest technologies, which he successfully uses in his professional life. Runs his own business providing comprehensive IT services to companies.
Privately a big fan of board games, in particular Carcassonne.
