prof. Aleksander Cieśliński
Attorney-at-Law
Habilitated Doctor of Law at the University of Wrocław. An academic research fellow at the Chair of International and European Law of the WPAiE of the University of Wrocław. Author of numerous scientific publications on EU Law, with particular emphasis on the internal market (with the most prominent two-volume comprehensive study entitled “Community Economic Law”). Attorney-at-Law, registered on the list of Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

dr Kacper Wosiak
Attorney-at-Law
Ph.D. in Law with specialization in commercial law. Attorney-at-Law registered on the list of Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Assistant Professor at the Department of Business and Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
He specializes in corporate consulting and commercial disputes. He has successfully represented Clients before the Supreme Court. In his practice, he also deals with local government law and real estate law, including construction law.
Author of numerous scientific articles on companies’ commercial law, as well as a scientific monograph on the regulations concerning exercising share rights by shareholders of a joint-stock company.
Joanna Blichert

A Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. Attorney-at-Law registered on the list of Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
She has been cooperating with the Law Firm since 2013.
Joanna holds many years of practical experience in representing entrepreneurs in court proceedings. Joanna has participated in numerous projects regarding the transformation of companies, i.e. their merger or division. In the Law Firm, she also deals with corporate services for companies, contract law, and labor law. Her tasks also include advising on personal data protection.
Joanna knows English and French.
Grzegorz Bobowski
Attorney-at-Law, broker
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as of the German Law Studies at Viadrina University in Frankfurt/Oder and Hamburg University. He is registered on the list of the Council of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. He is a member of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers.
He has been working with CWW Law Firm and then with CDD Law Firm since 2011.
Grzegorz specializes in insurance law and practice of the business insurance market in Poland. As an insurance broker and partner in a brokerage firm, he has several years of practical experience in representing entrepreneurs in the construction of insurance contracts and claiming damages, including in servicing listed companies and entities from the German language area.
Kamila Żmidzińska

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław in 2016. She is registered on the list of the Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She has been working with the CWW Law Firm and then with CDD Legal since 2016. She has experience in corporate law, civil law, and labor law. She has participated in the processes of company mergers and business transformations. She has advised Clients on intellectual property matters. In the Law Firm she deals with current legal services for entrepreneurs.
Mariusz Starke
Attorney-at-Law
Attorney-at-Law, registered on the list of Wałbrzych Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
He is interested in the history of Poland until 1772. He is actively involved in sports – he runs and competes in amateur competitions at distances ranging from 10 km to half-marathons.
Interests: local government law, family law, real estate management law.
Anna Sierczyńska
Advocate
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw in Wrocław. She completed her studies by defending her master’s thesis under the supervision of Professor Zofia Świda, PhD, in the Department of Criminal Procedure. From 2004 to 2007, she served her lawyer’s apprenticeship and was entered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Wroclaw on January 17, 2008. In 2017, she completed Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wroclaw.
She has been working with the Firm since 2010.
She has many years of practical experience in representing individual clients, especially in criminal, civil and family cases in court proceedings before common courts of all instances and the Supreme Court. In his practice he also deals with medical law, in particular servicing medical entities.
Krzysztof J. Musiał
Tax Advisor
Tax Advisor since 1997. He was the first in Poland to pass examinations for this freelance profession. He specializes in conducting disputes with tax administration in front of Administrative Courts. He has conducted over 6,800 tax disputes before the Voivodeship Administrative Courts and Supreme Administrative Courts. He is a scientific editor of the Wolters Kluwer Tax Procedures Publishing House. An author of several dozen publications on international and domestic tax law.
Paweł Świdkiewicz
Tax Advisor
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. Lawyer. Tax advisor registered in the list of tax advisors in the Lower Silesian Chamber of Tax Advisors in Wroclaw. He has extensive professional experience, including, among others, handling requests for the issuance of individual interpretations of tax laws, in cases involving proceedings for granting tax relief to entrepreneurs, as well as security and enforcement proceedings conducted against taxpayers.
He spends his free time with his family.
Magdalena Cetera
Mediator
Permanent mediator at the District Court in Wrocław, Legnica and Opole. For 20 years she has been involved in mediation in criminal and civil law, conducting both court and private mediations before the initiation of court proceedings.
Lecturer at the MBA Postgraduate Studies in Cracow School of Business CUE at the Cracow University of Economics. She is a co-author and lecturer at the Postgraduate Studies, for the Mediator Profession, the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wroclaw, and a lecturer in mediation at the Wroclaw School of Banking. She conducts training in mediation and communication.
Mediator of the Mediation Centre at the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Wroclaw. A graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences, she completed Postgraduate Studies in Commercial and Economic Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of the University of Wrocław.
Robert Zieliński

Restructuring Advisor (license no. 1548) with many years of practice in the management of commercial law companies, sales of financial services, logistics, procurements, debt collection, and real estate management. He worked for several years as a member of the management board of an international corporation in the financial industry.
Graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Completed MBA studies at the Wrocław University of Economics and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management and Evaluation at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, a graduate of ICAN Institute- Strategic Leasing Academy.
Adriana Hojczak

Graduate of the Faculty of Law Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. Legal counsel trainee at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wroclaw. Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, she worked in law firms in Wroclaw, gaining professional experience in the service of commercial companies and in civil and criminal cases.
Privately, she is interested in literature, cinema and interior design.
Paulina Szeremeta

Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. As of 2019, she has a master’s degree in law, and as of 2020 she is a trainee attorney at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw.
So far, she has gained professional experience in law firms of attorneys and attorneys-at-law, providing legal services to business entities and individuals, including cases related to loan agreements indexed to foreign currencies.
Privately, she is interested in painting, literature, yoga and skiing.
Dorota Szewczyk

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Social Communication at SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Wroclaw. In 2022, she successfully passed the entrance exam for the legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw.
So far, she has gained professional experience in law firms, providing legal services in particular in the field of civil law.
She is passionate about travel and winter sports – snowboarding, skiing.
Renata Guć
Assistant to Partners
Graduate of the Faculty of Romance Philology at the University of Wroclaw and the Faculty of General Pedagogy at the University of Lower Silesia. By profession, she is a visual artist, an Italian language teacher and a medical caregiver.
At the law firm, she is responsible for running the secretariat and supporting the Partners in their day-to-day tasks.
In her private life, in addition to painting pictures, she plays instruments, sings, writes lyrics, dances kizomba, bachata.
Anna Szpala
Accountant
A graduate of the University of Management and Finance in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Finance and Banking in the field of Financial Management. Also, a graduate of the University of Banking in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Finance and Banking in the field of Accounting and Corporate Finance.
In the Office she deals with verification of documents in terms of formal and accounting aspects, issuing and booking of sales invoices, booking of purchase invoices and bank statements, preparation of payments and entering them into the banking system, confirmation and reconciliation of balances with contractors. Anna supports the process of closing the financial month and year.
Privately, she is a happy and satisfied mother. She spends her free time with her family going for long walks and trips.
Dariusz Kornacki

Graduated with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Management, Information Technology and Finance at the Wroclaw University of Economics in 2012.
He has been working with CWW Law Firm and then with CDD Law Firm since 2012. He constantly implements the latest technological solutions and provides support in their use.
Passionate about the latest technologies, which he successfully uses in his professional life. Runs his own business providing comprehensive IT services to companies.
Privately a big fan of board games, in particular Carcassonne.
